"Kaizen: The Japanese Method for Transforming Habits, One Small Step at a Time" is a helpful book by Sarah Harvey. It talks about making small changes to improve your habits. It teaches how to get better little by little, both at work and in life. Sarah shares stories and easy ways to apply this in your life.By using kaizen, people can make things work better and be happier. This book is great for anyone who wants to make things better without big changes. 

Bottom line :
Take Step by step is actually a good habit or suggestion or whatever. But progressing in inches throughout the book is totally unfair. Redundant ideas (not ideas , it's actually an idea of taking baby steps to improve ourselves)across the pages. 

Recommended audience: 
Those who have relax time to read the repeated things throughout the academic year and who have loads of patience.
